How we do business

At All's Fair Tours Ltd fair trade is at the heart of everything we do. Our mission is to support the incomes of cocoa farmers in rural Ghana. We only choose suppliers for our tours - whether that's accommodation, food or transport services - which are owned and run by Ghanaians.

In New Koforidua the community is our focus, so we're supporting local people, especially women, to start and run fair trade businesses so that the community can truly claim to be Africa's first fair trade town. Our project to build a chocolate school at the Co-operative House will support cocoa farmers and their families to increase their income. Every penny of profit we make will be dedicated to our mission to increase economic opportunity and help bring together supporters of fair trade wherever in the world they live,

Although we are not members we aim to comply with the Ten Principles of Fair Trade as set out by the World Fair Trade Organization in all we do.

Policies and procedures

As a social enterprise All's Fair Tours Ltd exists to support marginalised people especially in the cocoa growing communities in Ghana. In our work linking fair trade campaigners and supporters with farmers and workers we aim to comply with the principles of fair trade - designed to work towards a trading system that works for everyone, and in particular those who have been disenfranchised by conventional global injustices and systemic trading inequalities.

Our suppliers in Ghana are all small businesses, locally owned and run and we pay a fair price for everything we buy.

We offset our carbon emissions using the Fair Climate Fund which supports fair trade carbon reduction projects
